That which melts...
I worked on these through winter into early spring of 2024 after researching glaciers around our planet for an exhibition. In January 2024 I produced a set of thirty 6x6 inch panels, one per day, for the 30x30x30 exhibition at Var Gallery in Milwaukee. Each was influenced by the forms of one of these icy giants that is expected to melt before the end of this century due to climate change. These were in addition to my regular daily practice. The experience led to ongoing glacier research and these additions to the Daydrawing project.
